Retail is changing, and retailers need to adapt. Physical retail is no longer simply a channel for buying – they will become a physical representation of the brand ethos where we can learn, be inspired and even help create and develop products. The focus will move away from the product itself and brands will be progressing into selling customer experiences instead.
Merging the best of physical and digital experiences into one aligned lounge concept, Squaircle and Kethini have set the benchmark for the premium shopping experience within retail.

During the pitch against traditional architecture firms, Squaircle developed a multidimensional concept with the notion of ‘the experience’ at the center. What would turn a customer stay from good to great? How could this exceptional experience create lasting business impact for Kethini? The architecture, interior design, technology, and service design are all individual components, but the experience is what connects them all, to deliver one strong brand performance.
Inspired by the vintage Fiat Milan City Bus. This retail-store-on-wheels, presents a new direct-to-consumer shopping model, spreading the breath taking art of the Sistine Chapel, the fluidity of a Gondola wafting on Venice’s liquid waterways, the headiness of a Tuscan wine and the quiet confidence of Italy’s rugged landscapes - the soil on which each Italian-inspired Kethini masterpiece shoe treads. The pop-up offers unique and interactive sensory experiences honoring the brand’s iconic designs and craftsmanship, as well as new arrivals, and new limited-edition merchandise.
