Creating better customer experiences more efficiently
Squaircle teamed up with an international manufacturing group to introduce a new design system. As the group prepared for a digital transformation and future growth, they needed a solid design foundation and shared way of working to create better customer experiences more efficiently.
Together, we set out to define, design, and implement everything from the ground up. Squaircle worked closely with the product and development teams to research, ideate, design and roll out the new product. Our ‘implementation over documentation’ mindset allowed us to make decisions fast and on the spot, without going through multiple governance rounds. This enabled us to design the first MVP prototype within two months of work, serving as a guideline for the entire process.
The result of our collaboration – the manufacturing 360degree for the future, offering full-suite product, with demanding customers at the center of today’s value chain. Everything can be done from the mobile, including create, managing, taking out, and managing reports. With data science, human-centric design thinking offers a new way of engaging with your client through personalised content; using contextual AI technology.
Our pilot brought design time down by close to 50%. No longer working in isolation, teams now spend less time duplicating work and more time building great customer experiences.
