Under the GTM100 initiative, we partnered with Enersol to conceptualize, design, and validate a Data & Analytics Pilot — bringing operational visibility, workflow intelligence, and predictive reporting into their business.

A rapidly expanding industrial services business needed visibility and intelligence

Enersol operates across shutdowns, maintenance, and industrial services in high-risk, high-speed environments. Despite their strong operational foundation, they lacked:
